We need an A/V person for tech support during the Mass History conference:
Test microphones
Test computer/data-video projector set ups in each room
Test wi-fi in each room
— Be at Hogan Center at Holy Cross no later than 8:00 am on Monday, June 24th. Stay entire day – done by 4:00 pm
— Set-up is done by venue staff
— Test all AV set ups in ballroom and 6 breakout rooms on two floors
— Help presenters load presentations onto computers
— Help presenters using Apple products attach to computer/data/video projector and set up
— Trouble shoot wi-fi, computer, and audio problems during sessions
— Be available immediately by texting cell phone to assist with problems during presentations
June 24, 8 am – 4 pm
$40 per hour
