Exhibitions are being transformed in order to use complex narratives and multi-sensory experiences to engage visitors through emotional and physical connections, in addition to intellectual engagement. This presentation will describe the process that the Concord Museum and Discovery Museum have used to implement immersive narratives and new forms of engagement to reach their audiences in new and inclusive ways.uat.
