Tom Doyle

Tom Doyle began work in archival management in the late 1990s while employed by the National Park Service at Cape Cod National Seashore. Later he worked as archivist at Keene State College (2000-2005), helping found the college’s Orang Asli Archives. He worked as archivist at Woburn Public Library’s Glennon Archives (2005-2019), subsequent to becoming a consultant, taking on the position of roving archivist in fall 2021. Over his career, Tom has worked as an archival consultant at Berklee College of Music, Franklin Pierce College, and at a number of historical societies and smaller institutions. Tom received a B.S. in Anthropology from Bridgewater State College, an M.A in History from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and an M.S. in Library and Information Science, with a concentration in Archival Management, from Simmons College.
