The creation of the Mass History Alliance has been supported by more than 90 individuals and almost as many organizations from around the state. Some have attended one meeting, others have attended many, and yet others have taken a much greater role as you will see from the committee lists. You will also see many of the organizations on the member page. Thank you to all of you.

A special thank you to Mass Humanities for supporting the creation of the Alliance by being our fiscal agent until we are a 501(c)3 non-profit ourselves. Mass Humanities receives support from the Massachusetts Cultural Council and is an affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Institutional support:

The American Antiquarian Society has been the gracious host for the founding meetings. Meeting in their quarters inspired all of us to be serious, well-behaved, and bring our sense of humor. Thank you.
